We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful way for our beautiful 17 year old Coco to go. Dr Charlene was patient, empathetic and gentle. Coco died peacefully in the arms of my eldest son while we all sat around her.
I would highly recommend Dr Charlene and allowing your pet to go in the comfort of their own home.
Thank you for the incredible service you provide.
Thank you Dr Charlene. Will definitely recommend you and will use your services again when the time comes for our other pets. 💙
Dr Charlene was amazing. She was so compassionate and walked us through everything so calmly. At a time that is heartbreaking to have this service so your beautiful pet can go in their home with loved ones around is very special.
Saying goodbye to our precious Monty was a truely beautiful experince. I got to hold him in my arms, surrounded by my family whilst sitting in our garden.
We are very grateful to Charlene. Her service was very selfless and truely had our family front of her mind.
Thank you Dr Charlene for your care, compassion and professionalism. My wish was for my beautiful girl Sukii to pass peacefully and she did under your care.
One of, if not the toughest decision I’ve ever had to make. The process after the decision was simple and the compassion shown was of the highest degree.
I can't thank Dr Charlene enough. She made one of the toughest times of our lives just that little bit easier. Her empathy showed and was much appreciated during our difficult time. She made herself available at short notice. She kept me updated all day. Giving the sedative first was such a calm and restful way for my boy to leave us. As painful as it is, I'm glad he got to go in the comfort of his own home. Fly high my beautiful Albert.
Dr Charlene was wonderful at a very difficult time. I would recommend her without hesitation.
I cannot recommend Charlene enough. Thank you.
Our dog required emergency euthanasia on a Sunday. From contacting nearly 20 mobile vets, most didn’t even respond. It made a very difficult day even more traumatic.
Charlene responded to my call immediately and even though she was fully booked she fit us in out of compassion. She touched base several times during the day for estimated time. She was compassionate, kind, and a clear communicator. Thank you for showing us, and our very loved and missed Duke, empathy and kindness on the most difficult day.
Charlene was amazing kind and gentle whilst coming to my house to euthanasia my boy. I highly recommend her
These are never easy times for a family, but Dr Charlene was extremely kind and professional. She made sure our old girl Asha was comfortable and unconcerned about what was happening, allowing us time to be with our dog and say our goodbyes. Highly recommend.
Dr Charlene was amazing, respectful and comforting. She gave our beautiful Coco a pain free, peaceful passing at home, reducing her stress and ours. I recommend Dr Charlene highly and her wonderful service.
Dr Charlene was the perfect person to help us with our dog. Being able to have him at home in the garden was so special and we can’t recommend her enough. We’d booked for today but changed our mind as the dog had deteriorated and Dr Charlene was so accomodating and came that evening. Very calm and caring and helped make a horrible time in our lives a bit better.
We are so happy we chose Paws4life, they made it easy, comfortable and stress free.
Dr Charlene was very professional and friendly. We got to say goodbye to our beautiful Fudge how we wanted to, in our backyard. In what was such a devastating time, we felt calm, had our own time and could grieve in our own home.
Highly recommend Dr Charlene!
