  so grateful to Dr charlene for helping our beautiful girl cross the rainbow bridge recently. she was so kind and gentle and made the entire experience as peaceful as it could have possibly been. This wouldn't be an easy job to do and I'm so thankful this was an option for us. she talked us through each stage very well and she was such a lovely soul, we felt we had known her for ages.

  Dr Charlene offers a respectful, compassionate and empathetic service. You can tell that she understands how difficult a decision it is to say goodbye to our furry family members. I really appreciate that Dr Charlene offers the service for 1 hour to give you time with saying goodbye. I appreciated also that Dr Charlene is quick to respond to emails. I really appreciated also that I was able to book for Sophie's cremation easily through Dr Charlene with Evermore Pet Cremations, and Dr Charlene offers the service to take your pet to Evermore which was immensely helpful in such a difficult time. Thank you Dr Charlene for assisting to send my dear sweet angel Sophie over the rainbow where she is no longer suffering.

  Dr Charlene was able to come out quickly and help us put our best friend to rest in the comfort of her own home. She was compassionate throughout and explained everything as she went. The cremation service that was linked and saved us more organising at such a sad time was handy as well. Thank you Dr Charlene for allowing us to say goodbye to Meg in a calm and loving way at home.

  I sadly had to say goodbye to my best friend Ravi a few weeks ago and it broke my heart, even though he was 11 and very sick...I was so happy to have found this service...Dr. Charlene was both professional and compassionate, she explained what would happen, and to give Ravi his last treats before the sedative took effect...talking to him, cuddling him and loving him until the end. Ravi was laid to rest at home. I would definitely recommend Paws 4 Life (WA) to care for your friend at this difficult time.

  What can we say from our family we were so happy with what Dr Charlene provided for us at this most sad time for me and my family.
  
  We knew our dog of 14 years was coming to an end and I pre-booked 5 weeks out for this, Throughout the start to the middle and to the end was everything we could have asked for.
  
  I was too emotionally but my husband said Dr Charlene was so professional And explained every step through the whole process as she was doing it ( this made it very easy for me to let my boy go).
  
  I would highly recommend Dr Charlene and her services to any family or person who is going through the hardest decision of letting their best mate pass over the rainbow bridge.

  Charlene was absolutely amazing. We were able to say goodbye to our best friend in the comfort of his own home and bed without any appointment time constraints. It was a beautiful calm process allowing him to pass away without the stress of strange surroundings and with his little doggie buddy by his side. Although we are absolutely devasted I feel comfortable in the fact that it was the right decision and that he had the most beautiful sendoff snuggled up in my arms.

  I found Charlene compassionate caring and very sensitive to our needs . our hearts breaking for our sweet little man Bailey . Charlene gave us time to spend with our little man before and when he got his wings to rainbow bridge we felt under not pressure to hurry.
  I would not hesitate to recommend and use again in the future if need be.
  Charlene had such compassion for our little man and our family and even took time out to send through a sympathy card through with Baileys name on it . Greatly appreciated by her kindness .
