Thank you Dr Charlene for helping us farewell our beautiful girl Indie in her familiar space. Your kindness and compassion made such a difficult time a little easier.
We were helped in an urgent situation and am so thankful that we got to say goodbye peacefully to our beloved boy in our home in his own bed. 🙏❤️🩹🐾
We had Dr Charlene visit our home to lay to rest our beloved dog. She was amazing, very gentle with our Bailee girl. She was very understanding and compassionate and patient. We were not rushed and had plenty of time to spend our last few hours with our dear Bailee.
We would not have any hesitation in recommending Dr Charlene to help anyone through their moments of grief.
We had a very short time to bring our much loved Westie Dexter home prior to saying a final goodbye 💔😢 Dr Charlene was able to accomodate ours and Dexters needs promptly Her prompt professional and compassionate care was much appreciated by Dex and all of us 🌈
I had Dr Charlene from Paws4life attend my home because I needed my elderly, sick dog put to sleep. My dog was a wonderful, quiet, gentle soul and we had shared many wonderful years together so it was heartbreaking to have to finally make the decision that it was time to say goodbye.
Dr Charlene was so calm, gentle, caring and understanding with my dog Sasha, its difficult to convey how much this meant to me during the difficult process that was being undertaken.
Sasha passed peacefully and with no pain.
I would recommend Dr Charlene without hesitation to anyone that finds themselves in the difficult situation of needing to say goodbye to their furry companion.
Thank you Dr C.
Dr Charlene was wonderful very caring right the way though it was so good to be able to have Jess put to sleep at home. I would recommend this practice and I would definitely use it again. Many thanks to Charlene. Regards

Dr Sharlene enabled us to perform the saddest duty with the greatest of love. We can’t thank her enough for the compassion and care she showed when helping us say goodbye to our beloved Zeus, our 14yo house stalwalt. She attended to our home at short notice, giving us the gift of being able to comfort him in his own familiar space.
She gave us the space and time we needed, while also expertly guiding us through an incredibly difficult moment with warmth and empathy.
Zeus’s final moments were filled with love, comfort, and calm. We will always be grateful to her for helping us give him such a gentle and loving farewell.
Our family had to sadly say goodbye to our beloved pet. Dr Charlene made time to come and perform the euthanasia. It was a difficult time made easier having the option of being at home, especially for our kids. Dr Charlene was professional and empathetic. We highly recommend her.
We are so grateful to Dr Charlene for the gentle care and compassion she showed while helping our beloved old boy, Lego, pass peacefully at home. Her kindness, sensitivity, and professionalism made an incredibly difficult moment a little more bearable. Thank you Dr Charlene for helping Lego cross the rainbow bridge. Your kindness will stay with us always.
At one of the worst times in our lives to wake up and know that the day had arrived to let our best friend pass away. Misty was unable to stand and she was distressed. To not be able to get your regular vet to come what a relief that Dr Charlene came as soon as she could. So very kind to Misty and ourselves.
At home euthanasia with Dr Charlene was a beautiful experience. It was lovely to be able to provide Bonnie with such a peaceful passing. Bonnie was able to sit in her favourite spot with her favourite blanket, comfortable in familiar surroundings. Gentle music playing in the background, Charlene's angelic presence soothing to the both of us.
Thankyou Charlene, we are very greatful for the service and care you provide.
Dr Charlene was amazing. She came to help us with my cat Tumbles, who was very ill and while the death of a loved family pet is always a heartbreaking experience, her enormous compassion made it so very much easier. She was kind and respectful and soothing with my animal friend, and she eased his passing gently and peacefully. I can't begin to express how incredibly grateful my whole family is to Dr Charlene, and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone facing such a difficult decision.
Gentle, quiet and professional. Couldn't have asked for a more peaceful way to say goodbye to our two much loved family pets.
One of the hardest things I had to do.. my beautiful Sienna was suffering she was 13 years old ragdoll and very well loved.. Dr C came out as quickly as possible to help me.. she made sienna passing very loving and caring.. she wasn’t just there for sienna but for me as well.. and my family nothing was to much trouble.. sienna care was out standing .. she went to sleep very peacefully and that’s what I wanted she was surrounded by her family and furbies sisters and brother .. we wanted to thankyou her outstanding service and support.. you will never know how much it meant to me..and with her help we organised to have her cremation and Dr c took care of her and looked after her after she passed..
Dr Charlene was extremely understanding and considerate. Although the last thing we wanted to do was say goodbye to our best friend, we are so grateful we got to spend his final moments together in his favorite spot at our home. Thank you Dr Charlene.
