Her professionalism and availability was Exceptional ! She is officially MY TRAVEL AGENT! I don’t care if I’m going down the street , I’m booking with her !
Eva at Travel Allure is awesome, she is patient and very easy to work with !! I feel like she truly wants you to have the best time possible on your vacation and she is just as excited as you are which really makes a difference. I booked an amazing vacation with her last year and just booked my dream honeymoon with her for 2021. Highly recommend her !! Happy travels !!
I'm not sure where to begin, but I will start by saying if you are looking for a dedicated travel agent to help you plan your destination wedding, than Eva is your girl!!! I got married last July in Punta Cana during the hysteria and mysterious deaths of American tourists traveling to Punta Cana for vacation. Needless to say, this was probably not an ideal time to be planning a wedding in a country deemed unsafe by the "American Media". The stress with dealing with my guest cancelling because they were scared to travel to Punta Cana had me overwhelmed, disappointed, angry, and upset. However, Eva was the lifeline I needed to encourage me not to cancel my wedding. She reminded me that the most important thing was the union between my husband and I, and that the people present are the people who are suppose to be apart of my village. I can't explain in words just exactly how much her devotion and professionalism helped me have the wedding I wanted!!! In addition to a travel agent, Eva was also an excellent crises manager and guidance counselor when I needed her advice. She even went as far as helping me create my wedding website, sending out constant communication regarding the safety of travel to Punta Cana to all my guest, and putting up with my family and friends for almost a year lol I can't say more good things about a great person. Bottomline is book all things wedding related or a vacation with Eva Mendez because you will not be disappointed!!!!
My travel Agent Mrs. Kirby was amazing. I didn’t have to do anything but get on the plane n check in at the hotel. She found everything for my husband and I. She made it so easy for us .

My family and I can’t say enough about Dawn Eubanks as our travel expert. She listens and takes the time to really understand what is important to us. There have NEVER been any issues on any of our trips. Dawn has assisted us with both family and couple travels in the US as well as in the Caribbean. We would not consider planning travel without her expert advice. I look forward to years of adventure with Dawn in the lead. She makes our travel effortless with no worries and is always available to assist us during our vacations!
Very sweet and patient young lady. Excellent customer service.
I was in a bind. My wife and I have been talking about Costa Rica for months. My friends booked their room but when it was my turn to book all rooms were sold out. I thought I had to swim to Costa Rica. Shawna Johnson saved the day. She was able to find the room on a different site and get us booked for a beautiful vacation. Thank You Shawna.
My travel agent is Shawna and she is awesome. She has planned six trips for our family and we never had any problems...........we always get a great rate.
Our travel agent Diane C. was wonderful. She helped us throughout the process and checked in on us during our trip to ensure all was well. She was a pleasure to work with!! We would definitely go back to Majestic Colonial.
