  It’s absolutely true that you learn so much about people when you travel with them. What is more true, is how much Marilyn, of Travel Allure, learned about me from a 1 hour consultation to discuss our destination wedding. From hello to take care, I felt like I was talking to a life long girlfriend. I had no clue what I wanted yet that didn’t seem to deter her from suggesting an array of options. Ultimately, Marilyn took notice of the little details that we spoke about and sent us resorts and allowed us time and space to decide. Once we made up our mind, she took the wheel and became our destination wedding advocate. As a Bride, I absolutely had not one thing to worry about. Additionally, my husband even planned a special wedding night surprise for us and they managed to keep it a surprise. The communication between Marilyn, Couples Tower Isle and Myself was impeccable. Our guests payments were handled with care and every detail was explained in writing. Marilyn even went so far as to designate someone from our guests to serve as a liaison so that we didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of travel. Most importantly, I shared with Marilyn my distrust of working with travel agents as a result of a scam I experienced years back. She did everything in her power to ease my anxiety and gain my trust. Not only has she gained my trust, she’s earned a place in our family. She made our dream wedding possible and we’ll be forever grateful for her and Travel Allure.

  Shawna was an absolute treasure in helping me plan my 40th birthday trip. From start to finish, she helped me figure out a destination that was good for my group and took off from there.   Travel Allure has a Gem in Shawna, she is the best in the business. Her professionalism is unmatched.   Shawna is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She handled our honeymoon 5 years ago and me being the type A control freak that I am was super nervous entrusting such a major event to someone else but when I tell you everything was handles with such attention to detail that I couldn't have imagined doing it myself. Shawna even requested a honeymoon gift for hubby and I but unfortunately they forgot to do it. Well Shawna advocated for us with the resort and they offered us a free room and status upgrade upon our return within the next year. Sadly, Life happens and we were not able to go. However 5 years later Shawna is handling our anniversary trip and the resort agreed to honor a promise made 5 years ago and jad rightfully expired. I can't thank her enough for treating me as she would herself. Definitely a client fo'eevvaaa lol

  We booked our Playa Del Carmen trip through Travel Allure and they were awesome! Our group changed the dates of trip after my husband and I booked and they were able to get everything changed to the new dates without a problem! Glenn was amazing with keeping us up to date with trip info leading up to the date of departure as well as being extremely responsive to any last minute messages I sent him with questions about transportation from the airport to my resort. I will definitely use Travel Allure for any future vacation planning!

  The manager of this agency recommended Dawan Eubanks to be my travel consultant for a special trip that I’m planning for next year. Dawn emailed me on August 11th regarding what I want my trip to look like. I replied to her on August 12th and had to do a follow up email on August 16th to make sure Dawn received my email. She replied to me the very next day, August 17th confirming that she did receive my email and will “be in touch within the next several days.” It is now September 15th and I still haven’t heard from her. I’m very disappointed.

  I gotta tell ya, I've used the services of Shawna Johnson on multiple occasions and she's never failed to provide the highest quality of service, from start to finish she handles every aspect of my trips, she's even assisted me while I've been on my trips!!!   When it comes to Dawn, I am speechless. She simply is THE BEST! From booking to making sure I arrived home safely, she truly is amazing at what she does. My trip was to Cancun, Mexico and it was a solo trip. When I told her I would be traveling solo, she was so supportive. She made sure that I downloaded the app needed to upload my COVID test results and reassured me I would be alright to travel back home (I was panicking because I had forgot to get my test done within 72hrs of my departure) I will book again and again with Dawn!!! Thank You for everything!!
