Being able to connect with a personal travel agent like Shawna Johnson made my experience more comfortable and enjoyable. She is so detailed oriented . She is so informative and her perfectionism made is a great experience working with Allure a pleasure. Great company. I would definitely recommend to others.
Shawna is amazing! I missed the deadline for a destination wedding and she was able to get me a better rate at the same resort! She makes sure to book the best experience at the best rate. I've never been disappointed.
I had a ball with both of my experiences with Shawna. She is definitely the hostess with the most. The first experience was the crab feast and our first time ever meeting. Shawna made personal snack bags for each of her guest which made me feel so special because she didn’t know me. I was treated as if I was one of her love ones and we knew each other for years. So of course it was a no brained when Shawna invited me to come along on the trip to Tulum. It was only my second time being around her, but Shawna never skipped a beat. From her warm embrace as we greeted each other again like family and it was just our second time being around one another. Shawna didn’t disappoint whether it was just seeing her in passing or spending time hanging out, it was always a pleasant encounter. Oh and don’t let me forget to mention her husband & son, it was also like talking to Shawna because they were just as pleasant and warm as she was. So I say Shawna/ Allure travel’s is definitely one of thee best travel agent/ agencies that I will always use without hesitation. Very up close and personal with her clients!
