We booked with Carlos and his team at Ace Diving Miami for a 30-person work group trip, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. Planning something for a group that size is usually stressful, especially when not everyone wants the same thing, but Carlos made it feel effortless.
What made this day so special is that they were able to accommodate everyone. Some of us were there to dive, some wanted to snorkel, and a few just wanted to hang out and enjoy the day on the boat. Carlos and his team treated every single person like they mattered, no matter what their comfort level or experience was. There was zero pressure, just support, positivity, and professionalism the entire time.
The crew was organized, calm, and super knowledgeable. They gave really clear instructions, helped people get set up quickly, and made first-timers feel comfortable without making anyone feel rushed or overwhelmed. The divers in our group had an awesome time and felt safe and well-guided, while the snorkelers had plenty of support and got to enjoy the water without feeling “separate” from the group.
And for the people who stayed on board, it still felt like a full experience. The boat day vibe was perfect: relaxing, fun, and beautiful. It honestly turned into one of those rare work events that people will actually keep talking about afterward.
If you’re considering a trip for a large group, this is the company you want. Carlos and his team know what they’re doing, they’re friendly and patient, and they create an experience that feels both professional and personal at the same time.
Having our next work off site already scheduled again in Miami, we’ll absolutely be coming back and I’d recommend them to anyone visiting Miami, especially if your group has a mix of divers, snorkelers, and people who just want a great day on the water.
Certification Dive Day 1! Cannot believe I did it and held it together! I was so proud of myself! I didn’t panic even though getting my mask back on my head was challenging! Carlos was very patient with me and we got my skills down and got to see some incredible fish! Really appreciated all the tips from Captain Dan too! This was my very first time scuba diving, and Ace Diving made it an amazing and stress-free experience. A huge thanks to Melissa, who was incredibly patient, calm, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the dive. As a first-timer, that reassurance made a big difference. The Miami dive site was beautiful, and the entire team was well-organized and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Highly recommend Ace Diving — especially for anyone trying scuba for the first time!

Captain Dan makes You feel at Home and is there to assist in all ways. I am looking forward to doing some Dive Hunts and Lobster Trips.

I had an amazing trip with this crew, they were all very professional and very kind.
Absolutely recommend Ace Diving! The team is incredibly friendly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They were so helpful and supportive with me and my siblings, all of whom had different levels of snorkeling experience. The energy was great, time flew by, and everything felt completely hassle-free. And of course, the underwater life was amazing, so many beautiful creatures to see. Would definitely go again!
We took our newly certified, young kids with us on this dive trip. Everybody was great, especially our dive master Melissa who was so patient with my kids who were still learning! The extra support and encouragement made all the difference. Thank you, Ace Diving, and especially Melissa!!!

An AMAZING experience snorkeling. I had no experience and the crew was so fun and made it so smooth and easy. The water was gorgeous and would definitely do it again!!!
We went out in the water on the new year day and it was a lot of fun! Recommended for both experienced and inexperienced snorkeling enthusiasts.
booked a last minute snorkeling trip with ace diving about 2 hours before we took off. super fun and easy the crew was great and had everything we needed.
Did a snorkeling trip with Melissa and Dan. They were kind, funny, and very patient, especially when explaining things to people with different experience levels. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The equipment (snorkel, mask, fins, wetsuits) and the boat were all in good condition. The snorkeling itself was excellent — saw tons of fish, a school of barracuda at Neptune Memorial Reef, and some dolphins leaping out of the water on the way out. Overall, it was well run and felt safe. Would recommend.
They were great to dive with , captain Dan helped my wife after a first dive gear issues she she was able to get in the 2nd dive and Mellisa is soo much fun great diving operation
