Absolutely amazing experience! I got my SSI open water certification with Carlos and Jesus and has the best time. The team was so attentive, kind, encouraging and calm the whole trip and prioritized safety and learning, ensuring every diver felt comfortable and confident. The setup and trip was very well organized and executed. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get certified or dive to some cool places in any capacity.
Carlos and Jesus were great. The entire team walked us through each step and we had an amazing time out in the ocean to get our open water certification. Would absolutely recommend anyone interested in scuba diving to go to Ace Diving

As a first time diver, with little swimming skills, I had an incredible experience with Ace Diving Miami! From the moment I checked in, the team was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about diving.
The dive spots was absolutely stunning—crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and even a few wrecks that were thrilling to explore. The dive guides were knowledgeable and pointed out some cool creatures I would've easily missed. What really stood out was their attention to detail and personalized approach, making sure each diver got the most out of their trip.
Overall, Ace Diving Miami is a top-notch outfit and I highly recommend them.

Looking to get scuba certified? These people are the absolute best to work with!!! I got certified within two days of diving experiences and I feel like I got a very well-rounded experience! With an insanely helpful online course and incredibly reliable mentors, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
The first open dive you do will be horrifying. That’s true of anything you do. But Carlos and Saul work so amazingly well to keep you calm. I freaked out on my first dive, but Carlos stayed with me the whole time and kept me calm. Saul, with his cheerful energy (beware his meowing), always kept me happy in the water, reminding me that it’s supposed to be a fun experience!! Carlos and Saul work with every individual in the group to make sure that you yourself are well and fully execute the exercise. Once you’re mostly done with the training, they take you to the most beautiful site you will have ever seen! Our last dive was at Neptune Memorial and truly wasn’t something we could forget. The sights, the fish, the atmosphere was just all so beautiful, I almost cried! They truly make you have an amazing time and are such a joy to be around. I would 100% say I am addicted to diving now.
Not only that, but being with the crew whilst on the boat is so much fun. They have such a familial and joyous energy to them, it’s hard not to smile when around them. They make you forget you might’ve even been nervous at all!
I truly could not recommend them anymore than I already have. They make clear instructions, help you if you’re lost, and will take all the time you need to make sure all is well. Every time I was confused on the procedure we would do underwater, Carlos took the extra minute to repeat it to me and made sure everything was clear. Truly a wonderfully experienced crew who is passionate and cares about their customers. 10000/10, would recommend to anyone! :)

Ace diving is amazing! I just finished my open water certification and it was awesome. Jesus and Carlos are great instructors, they are both very good at making sure everyone is learning but also having a fun time. I can’t recommend diving enough, especially with Ace!
I just completed my open water with them and after the experience I had, I will never look back on who I should go to for any future instruction or dive. They are professionals that knew exactly what to do at every point of a students failure during the course, so on top of being on their A game with safety, they are also extremely welcoming and receptive to questions which is great cause I end up having like a million of those. I will continue diving with them for many years to come.

I booked the DPV specialty course with Ace Diving Miami on a week's notice, as I was able to squeeze in one full day in Miami during my travel plans and wanted to make the most of it. Looking at the 10-day forecast, the winds were gusting up to 25 knots, and I wasn’t confident the dive would go as planned, especially since I’m prone to seasickness.
I spoke with Carlos over the phone, and he explained that water conditions depend on more than just wind speed and direction. He also gave me great advice on how to manage seasickness, including taking Dramamine the day before and again two hours before the dive.
When I arrived at the boat, I was a bit nervous...the wind was definitely strong, coming from the south. As we crossed the inlet, the water wasn't as rough as I expected, and I didn’t feel sick at all.
Our first dive was at Neptune Memorial Reef. I had a blast playing with the DPV, trying out different speed settings, and maneuvering around the beautiful underwater structures. At the end of the dive, the boat crew helped me remove the DPV while I was being pushed around by waves...but once I got back on the boat, I realized I was missing my belt with the D-ring.
The crew quickly improvised a replacement using an old belt and three zip ties so I could clip the DPV for the next dive, and it worked like a charm!
Our second dive was at the Belcher Barge wreck. It was incredible, we spotted several stingrays and some massive fish (easily over 10 feet long). We even chased a giant turtle using the DPVs, and surprisingly, the turtle was faster!
After the dive, my instructor offered to return to the first site to look for the lost belt. I stayed on the boat while the crew dove, and within 5 minutes, they found it. I was stunned. They somehow knew exactly where it had dropped out in the open ocean!
The instructors and crew demonstrated outstanding skill and professionalism. They’re clearly passionate about what they do and are amazing at it. I’ll definitely be coming back to do more wreck dives with them!
We love Ace Diving! We had a fantastic experience with them in the water and they are our go-to dive masters in Miami. They are great with kids, very fun and prioritize safety above all else.
