We had an incredible diving experience with Ace Diving! The highlight of our trip was definitely our instructor, Melissa - she was fantastic! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and made us feel completely at ease throughout the dive. Her guidance and expertise helped us navigate the beautiful underwater world with confidence. We highly recommend Ace Diving and Melissa to anyone looking for a top-notch diving experience. Can't wait to dive with them again!
We had such a great time! Melissa was so kind, supportive, and knowledgable. We spoke to Carlos on the phone many times; he answered all of our questions and never had anything less than fullest patience. He also made a lot of jokes on board that helps set a good mood. Everyone was very friendly, including the also funny boat captain Dan. He was someone I really appreciated; my fiancé jumped into the water, got overwhelmed, and had to go back in the boat, and the captain encouraged him to try again and was so kind to him and got him back out there in the water a second time (which was successful!).
The instructors really know their stuff, and they make sure to go at a pace that is comfortable for you and makes you feel safe and that you’re in good hands. For anyone going diving, make sure to equalize your ears by holding your nose and blowing gently at your closed nostrils continuously while going down; that will help you a lot so your ears don’t hurt! You will be fine if you take time to slowly descend and ascend to equalize and don’t push yourself past any pace not comfortable to you.
So glad I went diving and happy we chose Ace Diving for our very first time scuba diving! 🏊🏻♀️

This diving agency deserves all the credit it gets. I joined Ace Diving for a single days diving (2 dives at Neptune Memorial). The whole crew made the day enjoyable, well understood, fun, and most importantly, safe.
The day was organised professionally from start to finish. All the kit was ready and set up upon our arrival, with exactly what had been asked for. Two dive masters joined our group, which was fantastic because they were able to point out the key hiding spots for nurse sharks, eels, rays etc.. on top of this, they followed all safety protocols including checking our air regularly and incorporating safety stops. Getting back on the boat was easy with the crew helping you out of the water and dekitting. And the skipper effortlessly returned us safe to shore despite unexpected storm conditions.
All in all, I had a lovely day, with two awesome dives, and would highly recommend Ace Diving for those in the area looking to get into the water !
The staff was very kind and helpful to all aboard. All rental equipment was out and ready for set up before arrival. It was a short walk from my hotel downtown to their boat. I would definitely dive with Ace again!! 🤿
I just completed my Open Water Dive certification and I am so glad I chose to do it here at Ace! The instructors were all so attentive, reassuring, and thorough - all the while being so much fun! Energy on the boat was amazing, with a mix of students, divers, and snorkelers out for the day. Special shout out to Jesus and Carlos who taught me more than I could have imagined in 3 days. Can’t wait to come back and dive with them again!!!

Thank you Ace Diving crew!!! We had a great time and I learned a lot to get my open water diver PADI. All the instructors - Carlos & Jesus were very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they are experts and they care that you learn while being safe. I was happy to have a couple of free diving trips with them during my brief stay in Miami. I really enjoyed my experience with the ACE team. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was in good hands and safe. Their boat was well equipped for divers and maintained well. They were friendly and happy to answer questions that I had about diving. I would definitely join them again.

I had an amazing time scuba diving for the first time with the team! They were wonderful guides and instructors who were so kind, patient and accommodating. Special shout out to Jesus who took care of my friends and I so well. We felt safe the entire time and couldn’t have had a lovely time without him.
Getting scuba certified at Ace Diving was amazing. The boat was clean and efficiently organized and Peter, Carlos, Saul, Jesus, and Eric were all great and made me feel safe while learning a completely new area and skillset. I definitely intend on diving with Ace Diving again in the future!
