My experience learning to dive with Carlos and his incredible crew—Peter, Saul, and Nestor—was beyond amazing. Carlos is a world-class instructor, and his team is just as phenomenal—attentive, patient, and incredibly welcoming.
  
  After a thorough pool session with Peter, we headed out to the open sea. Despite choppy water, some surf, and rain—the team's focus on safety and making us feel comfortable never wavered. Once underwater, Nestor, Saul, and Carlos were right there by our side, ensuring every step was smooth and enjoyable.
  
  The first three dives were all about mastering skills, but by the fourth dive, I truly understood the magic of scuba diving: floating effortlessly over stunning coral reefs, surrounded by beautiful fish, and discovering a whole new world beneath the waves. The dive boat is state-of-the-art, and Carlos, the owner, runs a tight, professional operation that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

  The experience of my DSD with Ace was nothing short of amazing. I got to visit two awesome dive sites - an old cemetery and beautiful coral reefs! I dove with Peter who put me to much ease and was guiding me throughout the experience under water. What really stood out to me was their flexibility in choosing dive sites. Carlos made it a point to ask if we were comfortable with the chosen site and if anyone had dived there before, giving us the option to switch if we had already visited. This level of consideration is something I've never encountered with other charters.

  I came to Ace just to explore some of dive sites down in Miami, however, after first experience I just came around several times because the crew is awesome, nothing like dive with your family (it's how I feel if). Now I'm doing my dive master and has been an honor be part of the crew, plus they are always wiling to support you and share them knowledge!! Highly recommended!!

  I booked a snorkeling trip there. On the boat, there were 3 snorkeling guests as well as a diver a captain and a diving guide
  
  The boat was very nice and modern. The captain and the dive guide were very friendly. 5 Stars for that.
  
  While snorkeling, we were on our own (which didn’t bother me) since the dive guide was with the diver. The captain kept an eye on our safety from the boat.
  
  We visited a total of 2 spots, both of which were very deep for inexperienced snorkelers.
  
  Unfortunately, we also didn’t visit the Neptune Reef as said on there website.
  
  Another disappointment was that the trip ended after 3 hours instead of the 4 hours stated on the website.
  
  Because of those reason I substract 2 stars.
  
  Although I had a nice day, I wouldn’t book a snorkeling trip here again. I might prefer to go diving there instead because i must say the diving guide took really good care about the diver and everything seemed super safe ang gesr looked good.
