We got our open water certification at Ace diving and it’s worth of it! Peter and Carlos are super helpful and got everything ready for us. Carlos took beautiful pictures in our last dive and that makes the great memory last. They are the best!
We got out open water certification at Ace diving and this is one of the best decisions I ever made! Couldn’t believe we can do this couple days ago but Peter (our pool instructor) and Carlos (our boat dive instructor) made this fun and easy. They go above and beyond your expectation and give you best memories. Carlos took photos for us in our last boat dive which we really appreciate. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who’s considering getting ow/aow training course in Miami or just for fun dives. You would never regret!
I would highly recommend Ace Diving !! On a recent trip to Miami Florida, I was able to sneak away for a day of diving and picked Ace diving, I am very impressed with their dive boat, it is extremely organized and cared for. The staff and owner were all so wonderful and kind and made the trip so much fun, they had a few students that were in class, I listened in, as a dive master I wanted to hear how he did his training he was extremely informative and made sure the students completely understood what was going to take place during the dive. Thank you Ace Diving for a great day of diving in the underwater world

I had a great experience completing my Open Water Dives with Ace Diving. Carlos, the captain and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We saw a wide range of aquatic life, including barracuda, puffer fish, lobsters, angel fish & a stingray! Thank you for two unforgettable afternoons. 🤿🪸🐠🐡
It was the best dive I ever had. Thanks to team and especially for my guide Jesus. Really liked the dives. I’ve seen a lot of undersea wildlife.
The price is good and the boat is very nice.
That being said we were told to only dive 40 minutes at each dive site as opposed to 1 hour like some other dive shops/tours in the area.
Our dive guide Ryan may have been just having an off day on our morning dives but overall wasn't great. He didn't talk much to us about the sights or about any kind of dive plan, or talk in general really. He also wasn't very proactive in our gear checks / prep. While under we felt rushed and like we were chasing him around just doing a basic loop or two of the sight. He never stopped to show us something cool or interact with us underwater. Furthermore, our group was always the first one out or the water, despite having air left. He did get more personable as the boat headed back to dock but this isn't the pertinent part you get a guide for. Maybe he isn't a morning person but whatever the reason it left us feeling sub-optimal about the whole day. A minor point but there was also no dunk tank at their kiosk to clean gear at the end of the dive. They did have a hose on the boat that could be used to rinse gear though.
I'd be willing to dive with Ace again as I really liked their weekend wreck locations and their price, I'd just like to try a different guide next time.
