  I and my friend went for a dive trip with Ace Diving and it was really a good experience. We are open water divers so had to take an instructor (Jesus) with us who was really helpful, made sure that we were safe and having a good time. I would dive with them again in the next trip if possible!

  I recently completed my PADI Open Water Certification with Ace Diving and I cannot recommend them enough! The crew was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
  
  My instructors, Carlos and Ryan, were absolutely incredible. They were patient, thorough, and always had a smile on their faces. They made sure that I understood every concept before moving on to the next, and they were always there to answer my questions. I felt completely safe and confident in their hands.
  
  The diving itself was an absolute pleasure. We explored some incredible dive sites in the Miami area, and I was amazed by the beauty and diversity of marine life that we saw. Carlos was always pointing out interesting things to see, and made sure that I got the most out of every dive.

  This is a great place to get certified. The staff really show they care about you and that you understand everything for certification and diving. The prices offered are great and you can get great deals for future dives. They have cool dives based on the season and/or holidays. I definitely recommend diving with them and will definitely go back!

  We're not happy with the service and we will not use this company again. It was like no one wanted to help us or teach us anything. It was our first time snorkeling and no one told us how to wear the wet suit (yes, we wore it with the zipper in front at first) or breath via the snorkeling tube; also, the shoes they gave me came off three times and they had to change my mask (after I complained several times) because it was big for my face! They only cared for the divers and they were not talking to us....Also, because of rain, we had no visibility and it seemed like they knew that already because they were "hoping" that we could see something (money is more important obviously to run the business everyday). There are very good companies out there and this one is not one of them. The only reason I give this place 2 star is because the captain talked to us a few sentences.

  Michael and I were lucky enough to dive with Ace twice this week. Early in the week we self guided on the wrecks DEMA Trader and Proteus, and today we returned and got our diver propulsion vehicle, dpv, or scooter, certification, with some e-learning, some dry instruction, and two more dives, on the Belzona Barge, and at Neptune's Reef Memorial Garden.
  My hat is off to Carlos, Captain O, and all of the staff for running a stellar operation. Their boat, The E-zen-tial, is the cleanest and nicest dive boat that I've been on. Michael needed to rent gear, and as every diver will understand, this can be a scary situation, but not here. The rental gear was up to date, and new or like new. Dives were fun, staff was informative, and Carlos was a first rate instructor for our dpv class, and at the same time, he made sure that we had fun.
  I can't wait to dive with Ace again.
