  Mike of Angel on Your Shoulder came at 11:00 PM when my son and I were stranded with a dead battery at the AMTRAK station in Middletown, PA. He promptly tested our battery and said it was dead. He answered questions and gave advice before he jumped started our car which got us home.

Mike arrived promptly, performed a diagnostic on the old battery, and installed a new battery after determining the old one was bad.   We had a flat tire and called Angel on Your Shoulder Roadside Assistance through our insurance company. We told them it would be okay to wait until the next morning as it was a Sunday night when we called if that was better for them. Mike arrived Sunday night in less than an hour and put our spare on quickly. Excellent service. Mike kept us up to date on when he would be arriving. Very pleased with the service he provided.

  They were assigned to my roadside assistance call but after waiting for roughly 2 hours they never showed up and whenever I tried to call I was sent straight to voicemail.

  Traveling from NY to VA - decided to spend a night in Harrisburg, PA. Went to a movie that let out at 10:45pm. Car was dead - nobody was around to jump-start our car so we submitted info on my USAA app for roadside assistance at 10:57pm - USAA assigned the request at 11:03 - Mike with Angel on Your Shoulder called me at 11:09pm and said he would be there in 12 minutes. He arrived at 11:20pm, used a jump-pack to start the car and we were on the road at 11:25pm. He was very kind, helpful, and professional. Great company and I can't tell how shocking it was that it only took 28 minutes from the time I submitted the info to USAA until we were headed back to the hotel.

  Mike met me at my work whenever I was a dummy and locked my keys in my truck. He got there within less of an hr. Very nice gentleman, and it took no time for him to open my truck and get my keys. I appreciate you Mike thanks alot man!
