Worst customer service ever. I asked for someone to help me at 7am when I get off work he called me at 6am and advised I had to be there and refused to wait. Yelled at me on the phone and then said he wouldn't help me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THEM.
Needing a jump start at the airport after returning from vacation, Angel on Your Shoulder responded in half the time estimated by Acura Roadside Assistance. The responder was kind, communicative, and professional. I would definitely call them again.
Had a flat tire from running over a big metal hook in the road, from the time I got the dispatched text to the time of arrival was less than an hour! Very personable, and pointed out things that I should get checked. Very good service, thank you!
My car wouldn’t start so I had to use roadside assistance with my insurance company. And if y’all ever had to wait for roadside assistance to come, it’s just as bad as watching grass grow! Angel On Your Shoulder was dispatched and to my car within 10 or 15 minutes! Right away he knew it was a dead battery and charged it and I was on my way within about 25 minutes of initiating the roadside assistance claim with my insurance company.
