AFTER WASTING MONEY ON TWO APPLICATIONS, I DECIDED TO CONTACT A LOCATOR. LEA SENT ME A LIST OF APARTMENTS THAT WOULD WORK WITH MY SITUATION. I GOT MY REBATE CHECK ABOUT 8 WEEKS AFTER MOVE IN. I'M HAPPY JUST WISH I WOULD HAVE CONTACTED TEXAS APARTMENT LOCATING FROM THE START. WOULD HAVE SAVED ME MONEY AND HEADACHE!
You can't go wrong using Texas Apartment Locating! If you want a locator who cares about your needs you should give Lea a call. She worked with me for over a month very patiently. I changed my desired location several times and she continued trying to help me until I found the one. Thank you!!!
I needed to find an apartment and move in within 10 days. Lea helped me find a great apartment that had an awesome move-in special. She always returned my emails and texts in a prompt manner. Outstanding and I've already referred her services to my co-worker.
Lea was able to search for communities that would welcome our two large dogs and within our price range...we look forward to moving in! Thanks again!
If you are looking for an apartment you might as well use a locator that offers a cash rebate! I completed the search form, I was emailed apartments that fit my needs, made my decision and followed the directions in the "How to Video".
Lea was professional and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We used our rebate to pay off the credit card we used to pay movers. So it was like getting a free move plus we had money left to pay other bills! Highly recommend!
