  To be honest, there are really no words to adequately describe the blessing that Lea Simpkins was during my apartment search. I have never really seen anything like her. She is patient, wise, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was so frustrated at times with the terrible condition of apartments (and the horrible reviews) that I was more than ready to give up. Lea kept me hopeful that there was still something out there I might like.
  
  Surprisingly, I found an apartment I really enjoy. It is close to my job, well maintained and very quiet. Lea Simpkins is truly a Godsend!
  
  To show my appreciation, I mailed her a thank-you card and a $300 check. She mailed it back to me and said her services are free. In addition, she told me I qualified for a $139.43 rebate check.
