Gail was the best!!! I moved to Texas from South Carolina and before move-in was turned down for an apartment and after moving here was turned down for an apartment, so my first couple of months I lived in an Airbnb, but I reached out to Gail and she was able to help me not only secure an apartment I secured an apartment in a brand new apartment complex I’ll be the first to admit. I didn’t know whether or not this was legitimate but it is and I can’t thank her enough for helping me secure an apartment.

Our locator was Eric and he is the best!! Not only did he make us feel like his only clients he provided us with a list. He also gave us a suggestion as to which complex has everything we are looking for. That was our first and only application, but we were approved!! Thanks again Eric!!

I got rejected for a place in Virginia due to my credit score. I was told to look into 2nd chance apts and found this site. Lea was great! She helped connect me with 3 properties and I applied and got approved within a few weeks. Best part is it was 100% free and I got a move in gift!

I knew nothing about Fort Worth when I moved here, so finding a good apartment locator was crucial. I contacted the ones I found in Maps. Some locators did not return my calls. Some conversations were with locators who either didn't really know the area or didn't want to work with my budget (one was downright rude). I then talked with Eric at Texas Apartment Locators. What a great guy! He actually listened to my needs and budget, then sent only apartments that matched my criteria. When I lost out on an apartment because I had trouble with an electronic application, Eric went above and beyond to make phone calls for me to see what that complex could offer. He connected me with a leasing agent who was able to get me an amazing apartment at a sister property. If not for Eric, I would never have found out about the place I live now!
