Eric Gibson was amazing!!!!! To say the least. He gave me information regarding apartments. But I spoke with him about a personal problem regarding an eviction. He provided me the information to a law firm and the rest is history. I will be reaching out to Mr. Eric for more information regarding my apartment hunt. Thank you Mr. Eric!!!!

Eric has been so helpful! he has quick response times & good follow up. He provided me with a list of apartments for multiple areas, made all appointments for me, made the HARD process of finding second chance apartments SO easy. 10/10 would recommend him to anybody I know. If you’re in a tough spot, and credit isn’t ideal, reach out to him and he’ll do a great job!

Roxanne G. did the damn thing! I was having a difficult time getting approved so I reached out to TX Apartment Locating. Roxanne was on it quickly with a list of properties. Walked me through the process. Answered any questions I had. Set up tours. I felt real bougie! Lol. It was completely free to me, but Roxanne G. earned her pay with this client! The process to get my cash gift was seamless and I got it the day after I signed my lease and got my keys. Recommend and will use again!!

My experience with Lea @ Texas Apartment Locating was certainly 5-star. Lea connected me with a terrific property in a great area, despite my being a second chance renter, and she was involved all along the way. I am thrilled where I landed as a result of her service. Thank you, Lea and Texas Apartment Locating!

Eric helped me! I had a balance from my other place and he helped me out. It only took two days! The first day he introduced himself and the next day he sent me some apartments. I contacted the apartments and told them my situation and they let me apply and I was approved the same day! I definitely recommend Eric!!!!!! Thanks Again Eric!
