Request a couponEric was amazing from the beginning to the end. I moved in a few weeks ago! Thank you for assisting me.
I would like to thank Eric G. for assisting me on this journey of finding a apartment. I never would have thought that I would be able to get a apartment in my name. Thank you again Eric Gibson.
Gail Taylor gave me great assistance and information towards finding a location suitable to my needs.
I really appreciate the apartment locating service Texas Apartment Locating facilitates. This is my second time using them to help a future apartment Gail was my agent and she helped me sift through all the options so I could consider what was best for me while being close to everything I needed. It really was just mentioning the service to the property at no cost to me. A heavy weight off my shoulders trying to find everything, set up appointments, and all the head aches of apartment hunting.
Gail was excellent with all the help. She was incredibly patient and very responsive in helping us with all the needs we had in locating a place that would work well for us. Thank you Gail!
Gail Taylor was awesome in helping me find what I think is going to be the perfect fit for my new apartment. Can't recommend her services enough. Thank you :)
Quick and ready to get in somewhere happened to fast so u know your getting great customer service on point and easy to get everything done!
I had a very unique situation and received some very generic emails from other businesses/locators. Basically saying, “here’s your list let me know if you get approved” and never heard from them again. Gail at Texas Apartment Locating was a breath of fresh air from her very first email. She found exactly what I needed the same day, made the calls, and asked the right questions to make sure I wasn’t going to get denied. She has been in contact with me daily and here we are 48 hours later and I was approved and will be moving. Gail was a true blessing when I needed it the most and in record time. I will be referring her to everyone who is looking for a new home. Thank you Gail!
Very helpful and took great care of me. Eric Gibson is awesome.

Eric Gibson was awesome. He assisted with all of my needs. I started to get discouraged due to my circumstances, but he walked me through every step. He provided me with not 1 but 2 list in which I was successful with the 2nd and very pleased with the property he located for me. I now have a great and safe place to call home all with his help. Thank you so much for your hard work
My move was unexpected and I had very little time to plan for it but with Eric's help, it wasn't nearly as stressful as it could have been. He was quick, thorough, and informative. What I appreciate the most is that he was quick to respond and followed through on everything he said he would, including the move in gift. The apartment I chose from the list he provided was exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend his services to anyone and if ever I'm looking for an apartment again, I will definitely reach out to him.
Thanks Eric.

Lea was able to get me critical information to help my family make the right decision. Prompt and professional service with a smile. Sounds cliche but that’s exactly how it was! Thank you!
