Request a couponLea was absolutely amazing in helping us find a new apartment! If we ever are in need of a new one we will definitely be using her again. Thanks again!
Lea Simpkins made this experience stress and hassle free. She understood my situation and my expectations as far as what kind of property I was wanting. I will definitely be using this service again! Not to mention once I leased 50 bucks was deposited into my Venmo. Thanks for all your help! Definitely recommend!
Jodi Killingsworth is the person to go too. She will help you and take good care of you. I’ll choose Jodi 100 thousand more times if I can
unfortunately, I have nothing really good to say. I received an email after contacting this company. from paula I contacted her with my name and said I am looking for a apartment and I never heard back until a couple of days later I wake up with a sorry and I was asked if I decided on a favorite, even though I was never sent a Apartment to look at. So I’m assuming these reviews are fake made by friends and family to make the company seem a lot better than what it actually is. I wouldn’t waste your time just type in another company name and go with them. These people are never going to respond.
Very attentive and professional. I’ll definitely use them to find my next apartment.

Lea Simpkins is quite simply the best. From beginning to finish she has been communicative (via text/email/phone), reliable, courteous, friendly, professional and very helpful in answering any and all questions making our apartment search a prefect match and breeze. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to move and find the right place.
Very professional, patient, and kind. Wouldnt have been able to get an apartment without Lea's endless help.
I highly recommend using this company! They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your new home! I had the sweetest lady I have ever met Jodi. I have made a life long friend. Love her!! This company is a cut above the other locators. They truly care
Lea is so awesome! I called for a very unusual apartment request and she was so helpful! Within minutes, we were laughing and coming up with solutions. Thank you so much!
Lea is amazing. She stayed in contact through the entire process and communicated very well. The lists she provided were accurate to every requirement and she stayed within my price range.
I've used this company twice. The first time I worked with Leah and second time with Roxanne. Both experiences were outstanding. They really go above and beyond to assist! Their service is FREE, so it is really a no-brainer. No risk at all to them a try!
Roxanne was amazing!! She was always available very attentive to my needs and requests. She did all the work if I didn’t like something she went back to the drawing board. I would 100% recommend her!!
I had lost over about 1500 before reaching out to Texas apartment locating. Lea Simpkins was excellent! She reached out to me the very next day! She was super nice...not only that but she was knowledgeable, efficient and non judgmental. I had delt with other apartment locators and none of them went to the extent that she did. Lea wrote down the apartments I got denied from...did her own background check on me to see what my challenges were...contacted the apartments in which I desired to move in and went over the rental criteria with the leasing agent for me!! She also gave me information on how to write an letter of explanation which helped me get approved for my apartment. Everything was smooth and seamless. You also get a rebate for listing them on your application. My experience could not have been more perfect! Thank you so much!!
Lea is the best locator in the DFW metroplex. She helped me find a luxurious high-rise in Uptown Dallas that fit all my accommodations. She is fast, punctual, and brilliant. I recommend her fiercely.
Moving to a new city, with a time crunch can be extremely stressful. Roxanne was a huge help in my apartment search. She searches and responds diligently. All in all great service. Would definitely recommend.
