Request a couponThere's a couple of apartment locators that I have dealt with that were satisfactory but I recently dealt with a girl named Gail and she was fantastic there's nothing I couldn't ask her she was on the ball and she was great and when the time comes I will definitely use her again
Eric Gibson was professional and courteou. Any time that I needed to search in a different area he sent me a new list within 20 mins. I wouldn’t have been able to find a place without him and I greatly appreciate all his help. !!!
Thank you Eric Gibson! My family and I needed to move, yesterday! After discovering some unfortunate things on my renter history, Eric was able to find me a great place, the same day. I moved in a week later! Than you Eric.
Eric responded quickly and provided me all the information I need. I will most def use this service again!
Lea is literally the best she always responded to my questions quickly and made the whole process so easy.

I am very grateful to Jodi K. with texasapartmentlocating.com I probably would still be searching for a home without her. She was quick and sufficient may God bless her and the company for helping people like me and my son.
Eric was fantastic, took all the information and found my “wants and needs” then sent over a fantastic list of apartments that were exactly what I was looking for. Definitely ask for Eric when looking for an apartment!!
This locating service was excellent and my locator Eric G. was extremely professional and helped me find the right place for me in less than a month. He took a lot of the stress off my back and really took the time to explain things to me whenever I had a question. 5/5 stars will definitely use again and recommend!
Thanks again Eric!
Eric G. Helped me find a new apartment that I am currently in love with the application process was great and easy considering my credit history, he help me find a great amount of apartments that could help me out. He’s awesome worker keep up the good work eric
Eric was attentive and considerate of my needs. He helped me find my new home without anxiety in a quick and effective manner. I can’t imagine not recommending their services— Eric was superb!
Any other consideration for apartment location assistance pales in comparison to Texas apartment locators. Eric found options that fit my preference and were customized for my specific situation that hindered my ability to find suitable living on my own in the small amount of time that I had to work with. I can’t find words deep enough to show my appreciation for Eric and Texas apartment locators.
Thank you so much!!!
Lea is awesome! She is always so helpful and professional. She helped me find my last 3 apartments. She is quick and efficient! She finds out the apartment criteria so you don’t have to waste time applying to places you don’t qualify for.
I would like to leave an honest review of my experience with Texas Apartment Locating.
My locator's name is Jodi Kilingsworth and let me just say, she was amazing. It started off a little rocky for both of us bc we had other things going on in our lives, but she delivered like no apartment locator has ever done before. She took initiative, was knowledgeable about what she was telling me, and she even threw in some words of wisdom and encouragement. Lit a fire under my feet to finally take my credit seriously. She kept working until she found a place that I liked. The place was slightly over my budget, but the property is well worth it! Her follow up procedure is impeccable, she did all the foot work when it came to dealing with the property and details. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks so much Jodi for helping me find my new place in the new year! 10/10 I DO RECOMMEND!
Lea has been such an AMAZING help throughout my whole apartment search. From me being indecisive to changing a lot of plans, she stuck with me through it all. Lea is an amazing locator and I recommend her to everyone.
Lea Simpkins was the Realtor that contacted me after I felt like a was stuck between a rock and a hard place. From the min she contacted me I felt as if I actually had a fighting chance!! I cannot express my gratitude towards this amazing women!! Thank you Lea for never giving up and digging deep to get me moving forward!! Too bad this only gives 5 stars because your dedication deserves infinite STARS !!!
Sara was a pleasure to work with. Constant communication and always ready to help. She found the perfect place, I signed a lease, and able to move in quickly.
Lea made finding the perfect place so easy! She listened to my wants and needs and was aware of mu budget. She took the time to really listen and get to know me. She was patient with me, knew what areas best suited my needs and also didn't steer me to places that would be less than I desired! After months of searching on my own, I turned to Lea and within weeks, I was moving into the perfect spot for me! I couldn't have done it without her assistance.
