Had empanadas for lunch at the farmers market. Fantastic! I've not stopped thinking about them and now I want them to cater a staycation at home. I only wish they had a menu item that was for bigger groups. Thank you guys for a lovely lunch date on the fly!
BEST EMPANADAS IN THE VALLEY! Caba is not messing around when it comes to perfecting their empanadas! The crust and fold of their empanada is perfection and they never disappoint. Each bite is bursting with flavor. They flavors are consistent and they are always my go-to at the Grower’s Market. My personal favorite is the Portuguese chicken empanada. Very affordable too! Also don’t hesitate to get the chimchurri in the side (or in a jar to take home). It’s a must have with the empanada!
One and only place in Southern Oregon to find delicious packed with flavor empanadas. Extremely friendly and informative staff. One empanada won’t be enough. Also try the sandwiches, they are bombbbbb!
I LOVE the food at Caba!!! I LOVE the owners, they are so accommodating, friendly and are eager to Satisfy my every request. They are a rare breed and we in the Rogue Valley are so fortunate to have a business establishment that provides their customers with 5 food and customer service!¡! Love you guys Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of GrubHub. I accidently placed an order to be delivered 3 hours from now thru GrubHub. When I attempted to 1) Change the delivery time, 2) Cancel the order and reorder it for my lunchtime, 3) Call Caba and get them to prepare the order and if successful, would GH please pick up my order and deliver it to me (I'm working or I'd just do it myself). Every solution I attempted was met with, "I completely understand, but no we can't do that." Ridiculous GrubHub!!! Why are you the only delivery service that doesn't allow for cancellations on your website?
The atmosphere in there is so soothing. Their food is amazing, I've been going to their food truck for a while and I've always loved their empanadas but now with their sandwiches and salads it's a game changer. This place is great and everyone needs to check it out ASAP!
OMG, wonderful! I came across them on grubhub, and decided to give them a try, with no regrets! I had the Bacon, Goat Cheese and Date Empenada and a Lomito sandwich. Very tasty and fresh, loved it! I love new tastes, and will definitely order again. Yum!
Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and incredibly good pricing! I wanted to try both a savory empanada and a sweet one.
For the savory I opted for the Malbec: wine braised beef with carrots, potatoes, and rosemary. It was good! Empanadas crust was flaky on the inside, with a lightly toasted outside. The filling was moist without being runny.
For the sweet I was tempted by the pumpkin, but opted for the banana and Nutella empanada. Awesome combination of flavors!
There’s so many other flavors to try I’m planning on going back soon! I highly recommend this place!
As a Mexican American curious to try other Latin American Cusine. Caba did not let me down! The food was soo good I orderd the lomito sandwich and two empanadas that left me with not only a respect for Argentinian Cuisine but also left me wanting to return for another sandwhich and empanadas next week.
To the owners at Caba keep doing what your doing. Y muchisimas Gracias!
High quality, affordable spot for Argentine cuisine. Menu is mostly empanadas with a lomita (sandwich), a salad and some desserts available. They also serve espresso drinks. Service is great, Noah was working and plenty friendly. Their house chimichurri was different from any other chimichurri I've had, and I can see why they have jars of it for sale.
Discovered Caba Empanadas at the Farmer's Market. LOVE their bacon, date and goat cheese empanada. I'm so happy they opened a shop downtown. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are so accommodating. They added a peach iced tea for the summer - YUM! Can't wait to see what else they add to their menu in the future.
I discovered these guys at last year's cheese and wine festival in Central Point, and had their empanadas again at this years wine and cheese festival. I think we've tried almost every kind. Their food is delicious and authentic! I highly highly recommend this place, and hope to see them thriving in business for years to come. The line of customers when we picked up this order was a wonderful sign of that.
I’m so glad they opened a shop, now I don’t have to wait til farmer’s market days to get some empanadas. Their empanadas are so so so so good! Got get yo some empanadas! Don’t forget the chimichurri sauce!
I tried 4 different empanadas here and they were all very good. Hot and fresh from the oven. My favorite was the beef, but each one was excellent. They have meat and veggie choices for those who prefer no meat. Definitely recommend giving this truck a try.
