Request a couponSamuel at SS Tech was beyond accommodating with my technological needs. He diagnosed and repaired my old laptop within a couple of days of dropping it off, was very reasonably priced, and still continues to offer helpful advice when needed. No hassle, just great service!
Mr White was very professional he promptly figured out and solved my issue! SS Tech Plus is my first choice when ever confronted with a technical issue!
We were very pleased with the service from SS Tech Plus it was fast and reasonably priced
Don't even think about going anywhere else other than to Sam! My laptop wouldn't turn on suddenly on Saturday night. I brought it to him Sunday morning, and he had it back to me good as new by Monday morning. The best part was that he was honest and up front about the possibilities of repair, as well as the associated cost (completely reasonable pricing too). Sam's work ethic speaks volumes - this is a guy with integrity who wants to be successful and is willing to go out of his way for his clients to do so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his business to anyone, whether it be personal or business related repairs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Some questionable computer behavior prompted my first call to Samuel. I also had some security questions I needed to ask someone. We then discovered a large Microsoft update problem with my computer. It ended up being a string of problems to solve one at a time. He never gave up till everything worked again. I am amazed by his determination, and dedication to problem solving. He was also very quick to respond every time I reached out. I wish everyone with a business were like Samuel.
Highly recommend SS Tech Plus! Sammuel was extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The turnaround time for the issue to be fixed with my MacBook Pro was very quick which was impressive. Will definitely be a return customer if need-be and will recommend to friends!
I would recommend SS Tech Plus to anyone that needs top notch computer work. Not only was Sam able to figure out what was wrong with my computer, he was transparent about the pricing the entire time & never did anything before checking in with me first. He was also gracious enough to let me borrow a computer for a few days, since the part I needed would take a few days to ship. He is personable, easy to talk to & delivers top notch customer service. I wont hesitate to call him for any future issues.
I was very impressed with Samuel. I had a screen problem so I looked for a company close to my apartment to fix it. Luckily, I called SS Tech Plus. Samuel came over the same afternoon I called, ordered the parts I needed, and told me as soon as they come in, he'd repair my computer. I didn't expect it very soon because of the New Year holiday. He called me on Jan. 2 and said he had the parts. He came over and fixed it a half hour later. Needless to say, I've found my tech guy for any other questions or repairs that I ever need. I highly recommend SS Tech Plus/Computer Repair for anybody in need of computer repairs. Thanks Sammy.
Samuel took care of my problem with my laptop and had it back to me the same day. Very personable and understanding. I highly recommend his service at SS TECH PLUS.
Samuel started off by fixing a virus I had on my PC. It then evolved into building me a new webpage and all the transitioning between. The needs of my small business were met more thoroughly with SS Tech Plus, than when I was working with one of the well-known national chain companies. He has been very professional, knowledgeable, and responds quickly to any questions I have. I highly recommend SS Tech Plus. Thanks, Samuel.
Samuel was a great help to solve problems with downloading an upgrade to Windows 10 on a desktop and to figure out a problem with a laptop computer. Samuel has helped us before in the past and he was able to help with new upgrades and other issues. He was very professional and easy to work with.
Sam came to the rescue & fixed all of our computer problems! Very professional and personable. He is now our go-to for the future!
Samuel is very knowledgeable in his work. He is accountable and strives for perfection and 100% customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend his services to the public.
Sam was very helpful and professional. Got our system back up and running after an unexpected crash!
Samuel responded in a reason able time and did a fix for my problem at a reasonable price. On a second call, months later he did a quick remote fix to a different problem and did not even charge me. I would highly recommend him for your technical problems..
