Sam was professional and it was great speaking with him I have older laptop HP and it did not take him long to figure out the problem. I would highly recommend him for all your computer, printer and sound needs he gets the job done and you don't have to give your right arm to get it fixed, Thanks again Sam
Can"t say enough of Sam. He has helped me in ways a computer repair shop could ever do for me. He explained things to me in a way I could understand. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I was ready to go out and buy another laptop. But he saved me a lot of money. He took his time with me witch I appreciated . Was not in a hurry to get rid of me like most computer stores do. So glad I found him. Thank you again Sam
Sam has been extremely helpful for a number of issues we've had. He's prompt, reliable, professional, and stays on the job until it's satisfactorily completed. We have used Sam several times and will continue to use him in the future!
I went to Samuel for a laptop screen replacement and I couldn't be more glad that I did. Samuel was professional and invested from the moment we spoke on the phone. He really cared about getting the repair done in a timely manner and worked around my schedule to get it done. He charged me less than half of what other companies quoted me and had it done in a fraction of the time. I highly recommend going to Samuel for your tech needs.
Samuel has been great! Very attentive and communicates well, can explain things to those who are not technically inclined. Follows up on old issues and helps addresses future problems. Upbeat personality as well as very knowledgeable about printer issues. Very reliable. Will continue to call/ use him for our office printer issues.
Comes within the hour of me calling him and always walks me through what was wrong! Very friendly also!
I contacted this company to install an Audio system in my home.
The service I received was excellent.
Very reasonable cost that was half of what other organizations would have charged.
And they back up their work 100%.
I will definitely use this organization again.
