  Working with Mary Beth has genuinely changed my life in ways I never thought were possible.
  
  When I first started following her and listening to her advice, I was struggling with so many things… toxic relationship patterns, negative thinking, emotional spirals, alcohol, and feeling like I needed something outside of myself to feel okay. What makes Mary Beth different is that she doesn’t just give surface-level advice. She helps you get to the root of why you’re struggling in the first place.
  
  Through her holistic mind, body, and spirit approach, she taught me how to become aware of my thoughts, interrupt unhealthy patterns, process emotions in a healthy way, and completely change the way I respond to life. As someone who is spiritual, I deeply resonated with her Law of Attraction teachings and the way she combines spirituality with practical, real-life tools that actually work.
  
  One of the biggest things she helped me realize is that healing is daily work. Just like we take care of our physical body consistently, we also have to take care of our mind and nervous system consistently. She helped me understand that catching negative spirals early and redirecting them can completely change your life over time.
  
  Since applying what she’s taught me, I’ve stayed sober through some of the hardest transitions of my life… leaving a toxic relationship, quitting alcohol, and adjusting to my daughter moving out of the house. Years ago, I thought medication was the only answer for how I was feeling, but Mary Beth helped me realize how much power we actually have to influence our emotional state through our thoughts, habits, healing work, and daily practices.
  
  What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t promote spiritual bypassing or fake positivity. She teaches true healing… learning how to process emotions while also taking responsibility for your mindset, patterns, and energy.

  Mary Beth really knows her stuff. As a recent widower I have been out of the dating world for over 25 years. I had no idea where to begin nor the meaning of a lot of the words currently being used in dating. I finally met a beautiful young woman that I was very interested in getting to know better. The problem was she is an introvert and I am an extrovert. I had no idea how to communicate with her much less how to ask her out.

  I bought Mary's Oracle deck for my brother as a gift and he loved them! So much so that I ended up buying another deck for me and my husband to use too! I am a huge fan of Oracle decks.   I was struggling with personal, relationship, and family issues. I realized I was partying more and more to escape. I decided I needed to find a more productive way to take control of my issues before they became bigger issues. I started looking for positivity, strength, and answers through Facebook memes. One day I joined the Addicted to feeling good Group! I wasn't spiritual but believe in God and was clueless about Law of attraction. The next thing I knew I was feeling better but needed a daily routine. I still needed something to help start my day better than shaking off the party fog!! I ordered a deck of "Addiction Recovery Cards" from Mary Beth. I wasn't exactly sure how to use them and in typical Man fashion I didn't read the directions!! I messaged Mary Beth and she graciously opened her arms to me with the guidance I needed on how to use them for my situation!! I used them to start my day resetting my brain so I wasn't thinking about the problems of the day before. I'm literally a completely different Man than I was 4 months ago.
