  My relationship with my wife has been completely transformed after working with Mary Beth.   I stumbled on to Mary Beth when we were leaving comments on another site. I was in a negative combative mood and she responded in a positive friendly manner. I then connected to her site to see who and what she was. Feeling like I had nothing to lose I decided to sign up for six sessions of personal life coaching with her. Well the results have been phenomenal. We have figured out strategies that stop negativity, angst and depression in their tracks. These strategies are comfortable to me since she designed them for ME. There is no cookie cutter formula that you would get taking an impersonal on line general course. She designed based on my personality and my strengths and weaknesses. Not only do we speak weekly (by phone since I am in Canada), but if and when I have a question we text and she helps me get over a hump. She sends me useful pod casts and thoughts.   Coaching

  Mary Beth has been coaching me for almost a year now, and since I live almost an hour away, I always book phone consultations. After each session, I feel inspired to tackle the things that have kept me stagnant for the past decade! Mary Beth’s insightful wisdom, candor, and authenticity make her an exceptional life coach. I have recently completed my master’s degree in writing. Her help has better equipped me with the time management skills and focus to achieve this undertaking, but more importantly, she instilled in me the confidence to know that I have what it takes to change career directions at the age of 45. Mary Beth not only has helped me professionally, but she has also helped me in the personal realm. My parenting skills have improved and my outlook on romantic relationships has been renewed.
