I have complete confidence in this with Damian and his crew. We’ve attended since prep to grade 6 and will continue to with my daughter also.
In 2025 my twin 9-year old boys have gone from an entry level to L9 with DG Swim. The coaching has grown their confidence, the community has ignited their spirits, & overall... they went from winning nothing in Y3 school carnival to 5 RIBBONS between them in the Y4 comp last week. The feeling of success with the wins & advancement in stroke development has given them an excitement for the sport & a positive impact on Nippers participation that warms my heart beyond words. Thank you.
Best swim school of all we have had - by far! Damien is an outstanding technical swim coach and a down to earth, genuine, kind and professional ambassador for swimming and SLS. Great with kids, especially my twin boys. They have come so far with their swimming! More in even just one weekly lesson after school this year than many years combined. Outstanding swim school. Organised, punctual and reliable with communication, attendance and booking. Mel and Damien offer a great service to our community. Thank you!
Damien is an exceptional swim coach who continues to bring out Willow's best week in week out. Damien's attention to the technical details surrounding swimming is first class and is delivered within a supportive, fun and encouraging learning environment.
Best swim teacher the kids have ever had
My son loves the classes and is progressing very well in swimming
Laisha, Jaela, and Axton have exhibited outstanding progress in their swimming abilities at DG swim, with notable improvement evident after only one year of training.
We have been with DGSwim since we arrived on the Gold Coast 3 years ago, my 10yo daughter looks forward to swimming every week and it's helped with her overall confidence and fitness. MY 5yo daughter also just started swimming with them also.
Damien, Emily and Nina are experienced and great coaches, they are intuitive in knowing what each child needs and don't miss a beat! They are accommodating of kids varying skills and learning differences and I like that they challenge the kids whilst being supportive and encouraging.
Damien has been helpful in explaining their training and any queries from parents, we appreciate his expertise and advice.
Damien and his team of swim coaches have had great results with developing our 2 children’s swimming abilities. It has given them both so much confidence in the water and added to their ability in participating in nippers.
I thoroughly recommend Damien’s knowledge and experience in instruction to both his coaches and collectively their students.
Our kids love swimming, they love going to swimming and they get better every week. The DGSwim have been fantastic from day one.
Damien and his team are incredibly friendly and professional. Training here has helped me develop new skills and improve my swimming every day. The sessions are dynamic and fun, with a variety of workouts so things never get repetitive. They consistently offer feedback to help me progress and show me the correct way to do each exercise. Since I started training here about two years ago, I’ve seen a huge difference in my swimming skills. Thank you for everything, Damien.
Coach Emily is a very patient trainer. I feel very safe in water while training with her.
We’ve been with so many swim schools before but our children showed real progress since joining DGSWIM.
Great swim school offering lots of support to achieve individual goals from kids to adults. Highly recommend.
Thanks Damien. Team is super enthusiastic and do a great job pushing the kids to reach the next level.
I couldn’t recommend DGSWIM highly enough the progress the my 2 boys have made under the guidance of Damian and his team is incredible.
