Request a couponDr. Locks was responsive to our call for help with locks on our newly purchased home and came right away.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained thoroughly what he was recommending for each lock and why. He accomplished the work quickly and neatly.
We recommend him highly.
Simon to the rescue! Prompt, courteous and efficient. My husband was locked in the attic and we were totally stressed out trying for a really long time to unlock the door. Simon opened the broken lock in a jiffy.
We’ve enlisted Simon’s help twice. He is professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Also, Simon is just a great guy! I highly recommend Dr Locks.

So let me tell you about Simon from Dr Locks. And also noted, I normally don’t write reviews.
We spoke last night and Simon gave me his time window which matched mine and my wife’s. Simon touched base with me in the morning and four more times updating his arrival. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A true professional and fair. We will call Dr Locks and Simon again. More importantly I will recommend Dr Locks and Simon to everyone I know.
Thank you Dimon and Dr Locks
Blessings to you and your crew

I was locked out of my apartment and I called Dr. Locks. He showed up after 10 minutes and told me what he is going to do and the price. The important thing is that he didn't break any locks. This way I didn't need to spend more money for new lock installation. He was very professional, friendly, and he used many tools to avoid damage to the lock. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. My locks are still in place today. Thank you for the quick service
Amazing, Fast, and Reliable. This was the best experiance I ever had. Would recommand.
I used Dr Locks today and found Simon to be very reliable. He did an excellent job and I would definitely use him again!
Simon was responsive and took care of our needs within 24 hours of my making contact. He gave me a quote over the phone and offered us additional options on the spot but did not pressure us. He gave suggestions to help make our home safer, and was able to complete the jobs on the locks we hired him for, plus an additional lock, change out some hardware, and make copies all from his truck. He was in and out in 2 hours and was very friendly. We will not hesitate to use him again.
