  Simon from Dr Locks was wonderful. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He explained in detail the different techniques he will try to fix lock Along with the cost of each technique. He fixed it within minutes. He was knowledgeable and calm. I was very stressed. And he put me at ease. I would totally recommend Dr locks and Simon. He was a lifesaver.

  Simon was quick to arrive and able to replace 4 locks at the time. One later had a defect and he was back in an hour to fix it. I can’t speak to how competitive his prices are but his service is top notch.

  Simon helped with unlocking our door and with fixing this smart lock and handle , his work is very neat and satisfactory and he is a very polite and nice person to work with .
  
  He had missed out to fit the door sense but he assist over text message on the best way to fix it ..and guided me on it .
  
  His prices are bit high, but his work is very neat and does it quick and on time .. so I guess its worth to invite him to get a neat professional job done.

  Horrible horrible service. They don't know what they're doing. Technician said they'd be out in 15 minutes, took them 35. They came without either key blank I needed. Took them 30 minutes to figure that out so the had to go back to the shop and get the keys and then come back taking another 45 minutes. Called originally at 9am to request service and they finally left at 11:45. This was ridiculous and I will never use them again. They refused to even give us a discount. The "boss" in the office said they'd give us an additional key for free but then the tech said he wouldn't. The tech and main boss were extremely rude and kept threatening me. $185 for this. Absolutely terrible. Use a mob boss before using this company.

  Was quoted $800 to replace a commercial lock after looking at my door for about 30 seconds. I paid the $50 for him to come out rush on a Sunday but that's all he got. A-1 Locksmith got me fixed up in minutes with a new lock and set of keys for less than half the price.
  
  Update: If you give this business a 1 star review the owner will come to your store and yell at you. On the plus side he did not bill me for this second visit.
