  I absolutely loved my stay at the fusion home!! Matt and Amy are such a beautiful, warm, and welcoming couple. You can feel all the love they built into their home and the love they have reflected through each other. As an avid sunset chaser, this home had quite an exceptional view. Not to mention the nature and wildlife all around. I will 100% be back.

  One of the highlights of our Costa Rica trip for sure! The house is amazing, completely isolated in the jungle and yet with all the comfort you need. Sleeping to the sounds of the jungle and waking up to watch the birds fly by was incledible. We saw monkeys and toucans pass by from the house balcony. Amy and Matt were amazing host, very nice and interesting to chat with. We loved the fresh little towels provided after the hike to the house with our luggages. Highly recommend!

  I had the wonderful opportunity to spend some time at Amy and Matt's house in Costa Rica.
  It sits just below the top of a hill overlooking a beautiful valley that accommodates a base-camp for the local tree-house community. A lively river runs all the way through to a waterfall that is a just short hike nearby.
  Matt and Amy are exceptional people, it's a real pleasure to spend time with them which also reflects on the house that they built from scratch mostly with their own hands.
  Every detail lets you feel welcome and warm and is a rare treat in a wild environment like a tropical rain forest.
  21st century design and technology mixed seamlessly with the impressive Costa Rican nature with great hosts and amenities (including their amazing dog MJ). You can't go wrong.

  Matt and Amy are extremely warm and considerate hosts. Their home is beautifully innovative, allowing guests to have the luxuries of home, yet retaining the serenity of the jungle in which it sits. Oh, and of course the stunning views of the trees, mountains, and wildlife. I will definitely be returning to the Finca.

  The Fusion Home was one of the most unique home experience we have ever witnessed! It's a fully equipped modern sustainable feast of a home in the middle of the lush Costa Rican jungle. We saw so many birds and monkeys all from the comfort of sitting on the balcony with an icey cold drink. There are amazing waterfalls to walk to and many other secret jungle spots to explore during the day, all within walking distance to Matt and Amy's amazing house. And they have a cold water pool to duck in when you arrive hot and sweaty back to the house after jungle trekking! It was so nice to wake up with 360 degrees of the entire jungle. And they have an indoor movie cinema - well it's a huge projector and netflix. Want to get close to nature but still enjoy modern amenities, then this is the perfect spot! And Matt and Amy are the best hosts!

  Staying at The Fusion Home was like living in a dream! Its the perfect way to be totally immersed in nature while still living in complete luxury. The treehouse is absolutely beautiful, outfitted with all of the amenities you could want, including a projector loaded with tons of movies and Netflix! The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the whole space is beautifully decorated. The surrounding jungle is seriously unreal; it was so amazing to wake up with the sounds of the rainforest each morning. A short hike from the treehouse takes you to a breathtaking waterfall and a longer one takes you to a lovely viewpoint. I’ve stayed a lot of places throughout my travels, but the The Fusion Home was by far the BEST!

  An amazing off-grid home in the rainforest, wow what an incredible experience! Falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle and waking up to the bird song each morning are memories I will never forget. Loved seeing all of the wildlife from the balconies - toucans, monkeys, parrots, and so much more. The home is modern and comfortable.

  Matt and Amy’s ‘Fusion Home’ was wonderful to stay in. Lots of space, beautiful views from the many decks, a lovely pool to cool down in. A short distance from ‘Base camp’ where you can book activities such as massage, night hikes and ziplining, enjoy a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner and visit with the other guests during happy hour. You can visit the waterfalls by short hikes. Lots of wildlife to see. After seeing everything with my own eyes, I can see why my daughter loved volunteering here! I highly recommend staying here if you visit Costa Rica. Matt and Amy are amazing hosts and the staff here at Finca Bellavista are so warm. A true community full of love.

  The owners Matt and Amy are amazing people, and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautiful, huge windows everywhere so no matter what room you’re in you can see into nature and really breathe it all in. Modern meets bohemian with the styling and decor.
