Very friendly and informative - took the time to explain the washer components causing the problem. Also, provided information on products that would help with shaking and balancing of the washer.

I had a dishwasher that stopped working. Fix-it-guy misdiagnosed the issue. The reason they still get 5-stars is because their customer service was exceptional. They immediately recognized their mistake and provided a full refund. It is the right way to do business and the right way to earn an exceptional reputation, recommendations, and repeat business.
