  I've used them on several occasions, fixing a dryer, a fridge, and most recently, talking me through a 5-minute fix on my cooktop. I was told over the phone how to make the repair, and they saved me the time and money of a service call. I'll use them for any and all appliance work again and again!

  I reached out to the Fix It Guy this week regarding our Bosch dishwasher. The door on the dishwasher would not close. Bobby starts to triage the problem over the phone. He coaches me on a potential repair over the phone. He encourages me to repair my dishwasher, with his guidance.
  His solution worked, there was no charge for his time a or guidance. That's correct: he diagnosed my problem, walked me through a fix and there was NO CHARGE for his time and expertise. Not sure what else I can say.

  Bobby and his crew are always able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it back and running. He has replaced my ice maker in a freezer as well as addressed my dryer and would be my go to for any of these appliance challenges.

  Well, of course there's a story! Our microwave started buzzing and smoking. We called the place where we purchased the microwave, only to hear that they couldn't get to us for weeks. Fix It Guy came very highly recommended - and their "microwave" specialist got to us the next week. Alas, when we turned the microwave on, it worked perfectly, so nothing to fix. Here's why this was a great experience - the technician told me that since we'd paid the fee, if at any time during the next three months we needed service, they'd come back with no additional charge, and apply our "credit" to any repairs. That works for me!

  I have to be honest I didn’t use this service, however, I did talk to the nice woman on the phone twice.
  First call I found out was they have a $75 (very reasonable comparatively) diagnostic fee that is used towards your service bill if you choose to repair with them.
  The second call I told that same woman my issue with the washer dryer and it’s age and she gave me the honest answer of “if it were me I would buy a new appliance because of the age and the problems you are having” I could not be more happy with such an honest family run business.
  I have saved their number into my phone for the next time I need repairs. If the technicians are anything like the reception department you will be in great hands.
