Our dishwasher was not cleaning our dishes at all. We tried another business initially and they cancelled twice with no notice after we’d spent two afternoons waiting for them. After realizing their positive reviews were at least mostly fabricated, we tried Fix It Guy, hoping for a different experience. They were awesome and we won’t use anyone else for these repairs moving forward.
This business has integrity. They require a photo and description of the appliance and issue, as well as a credit card to secure the appointment. Meaning: They did not cancel and treated our time with respect.
Our repair specialist was on time, super polite and extremely knowledgeable. Our dishwasher needed a new motor and the part and labor were very affordable, which was another pleasant surprise.
Our dishwasher runs better now than it did when it was new. We are thrilled and grateful to have clean dishes and even more so for the prompt and trustworthy service, especially since it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommended.
Technician was great and able to repair my dryer same day for a reasonable fee.
They did a fine job BUT I dont appreciate the cost of using my credit card added onto my bill. I was not aware of this fee! Was not given the option of paying with Zelle. It did stink that you pay a service charge for coming out AND a separate charge to do the job.
