Excellent service, On time, professional, honest. I recommended.
The process was easy and efficient from start to finish and every member of staff offered a high standard of customer review. We will definitely be using the fix it guy again and highly recommend them!
Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and succinctly. Great folks to work with.
Our Fix It guy was friendly, considerate, and clean. He showed us the mechanics of our dishwasher and also advised on which appliances they could service in the future, as needed. He even gave our doggie some love!
Patric came today to check on my washing machine. He took a look and said it’s done! No fixing it. I called yesterday. They worked to get someone in quick. Service call pricing fair. Will go to them when the next thing breaks!
Fix it Guy and Horace were great. Our washing machine stopped draining on a Saturday and I contacted 4 other service providers in total. Service Guy was easily the most responsive and upfront about there services. I will not be using any other service but Fix it Guy going forward. They are excellent!
Great customer service and were able to come out quickly to fix my washing machine. That said, it’s $85 for them to come out and $150 for labor and those costs do not count towards the final total so it’s pretty expensive compared to other companies I looked into.
Fanatic all I can say is great service
It was really easy to schedule someone to come out. Our repair guy, Reggie, was professional, friendly, and was able to fix our problem quickly. Really happy with this service!
