I've used Fix It Guy multiple times to fix appliances (dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer) in my rental property. They're quick to respond to emails and can usually meet very quickly to diagnose the problem. Costs are reasonable (comparable to other service vendors) and their repairman are more than happy to thoroughly explain issues/concerns with an appliance. Highly recommend.

Text function that they use to confirm appointments and prices is sooooo convenient. My tenant also said that the technician is super nice and responsive! They were able to come back the next day with the part and fix everything. Id use them again!

Nain was outstanding. He walked me through how my fridge should properly operate and then diagnosed the issue. Given the fridge was so old, he advised my the repair costs might be as high as getting a new fridge. Now, that's an honest man. Thanks, Nain. You are the best!

I had a broken microwave and they came out to diagnose the problem and then they fixed it as soon as I approved the quote. All online and a very easy process. Will definitely use them again if I need something repaired.

The service by Patric was respectful and highly knowledgeable. The scheduling of the appointment was quick and responsive. There are some steps to begin scheduling the service, but it is explained in a way that makes you feel good. I will now be a lifetime customer.
