We’ve used Fix It Guy twice now and have been extremely impressed in both instances. The first visit was for a leaky dishwasher, which they were able to diagnose over the phone and preorder the part so they could do a same day install. The second visit was for a malfunctioning oven. The technician, Eric, was able to diagnose quickly and had the correct part with him and completed the diagnosis and repair in under an hour. These guys are extremely responsive, and showed up on time for both appointments (you also get a text in advance with the name of the technician and appointment confirmation, and then again on the day of when the technician is on his way). Overall, would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them for any future appliance issues!

Bobby is just amazing. He fixed my dryer a few months back and I immediately thought of him when my fridge went out days before my baby shower. He is very knowledgeable, kind and pricing is fair. They are for sure my go to with my home appliances.
