Patric from Fix It Guy Appliance Repair was totally fantastic! I had an issue with a 13-year old GE side-by-side refrigerator. Originally was told I had to wait a week for emergency service, but then an appointment opened up on the day of the CALL! Patric came, was timely, courteous, and KNEW WHAT HE WAS DO. Gave me excellent explanation of the two problems, cost breakdown, ordering of two parts and a return date for installation. All the while he was giving me detail as to what was happening and why - spoke very intelligently about the industry and some of the trends in newer model refrigerators (as I discussed with him and pros and cons of ordering a new one). Patric was the return agent with the parts that next week, had them installed and the area cleaned up in less than half an hour. Since then, everything has been working extremely well, and he reminded me of the 90 days warranty on parts and labor. I will definitely be making future service calls, as needed, to Fix It Guy Appliance Repair!!!
