  I had a LG washer/dryer combo that was not powering up at all but Reggie was able to get it operational again with out much issue at all. Nice and friendly with quick service willing to work around my schedule I'll be happy to call Fix it Guy when I have problems in the future.

  Hi! I'm a property manager and one of my tenant's fridge stopped cooling, over the weekend, heading into July 4th! Talk about bad timing! I left a message on Sat for Fix It Guy Appliance Repair, and within about 45 min, someone called back to schedule Reggie to fix the issue. Not only did he fix the issue, but he provided pointers on ways to prevent the issue from reoccurring, as well as sending me an Amazon link to buy the part that I needed. He could've easily suggested that he do the entire repair himself and charged more money for it, but he didn't. I thought that was really cool. And it shows that he knows great customer service. Most vendors want to sell you everything, but Reggie seems to get it that if you provide great customer service, even if that means you're missing out on up-selling today, word will spread and you'll have repeat customers! Like myself! Even when I had follow-up questions a few days later, he took the time to text me and call me to walk me through the issue! 5 Stars *****
