  Called them on Monday night about my refrigerator not closing. Tuesday morning by 9:00 a.m. they had already came and had it fixed. Great price awesome customer service would highly recommend!!!!

  The replacement of our washer went very smoothly and hassle free! Repair man was kind and respectful. He was supposed to look at our refrigerator, but after I explained what was going on with it, he said we'd need a new fridge. He did not pull the fridge out to look at it. I called another repair service and it turned out it was a cheap part and they replaced it. Still happy with Fix-It-Guy service, just not sure why he didn't pull it out to check before recommending buying a new fridge.

  Great experience... choose them based off of the Yelp reviews. The repair person was on time (early).. knowledgeable.. explained to me what the problem was and any other concerns. Did a great job of cleaning up when he was done. I didn’t know you should have the inside of a dryer cleaned every other year not just the duct work. Thanks Horace!!

  The appointment was very easy to make and the technician communicated with me before, during, and after the appointment. Not only did he fix my issue (my washing machine wasn't spinning properly), but he also tightened up something or another in the electrical panel because my machine is now working better than it did when I bought it 10 years ago. The technician also worked in a very clean way without making a huge mess of the house, which seems to be impossible for most service people. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
