I’m an owner of a condo rental in Chicago. I used Fix it Guy a couple years ago and was satisfied, so when my tenant reported a problem with the gas range I called on FIG again. Scheduling was easy, communication with tenant and me was clear, technician arrived on time, fixed problem, used cc over the phone with office prior to appointment, technician called me to authorize work, notified me work completed and received emailed paid invoice. Done!
I know I can trust them from start to finish.
