Booking was fast and easy, you don't even need to talk to anybody on the phone. everything can be done through messages. They were polite and flexible because I had to reschedule the appointment twice. They give you a 4 window and technician will reach out when he's close. In my case the technician came to see the washer and to determine the issue and next time he came, to install the part. All was done in a timely manner.
Took 2 service calls to fix my dryer, even though I told them exactly what was wrong. They fixed the issue, but knocked my washer out of balance in the process. Now I have a squeeky washer every time it hits the spin cycle. This wasn't an issue before my Mr Fix It appointment. Disappointed they didn't make sure everything was working properly before they left.
