I’ve used Robert the fix it guy for several years, and for different properties, and it’s always a pleasure having them come out. Great service and we learn something every time they leave, and we recommend them to our friends as well. Very responsive and easy to get booked which is the best part when you’re having an appliance issue. Great work again!

I was given a window of time for the repairmen to arrive, and they got here just before the end of that time. I had a doctor's appointment in the suburbs, so I was anxious for them to finish, and they fixed the problem quickly. However, when I got home I found the problem had actually worsened; I couldn't even open the freezer drawer. Fix It Guy sent a repairman the next morning, who had the time to fix the issue thoroughly.
