Fix It Guy was super responsive and their customer services was very accommodating with my tenant. They scheduled a repair within 48 hours. Pretty expensive, but at least it was completed quickly. They came on a Saturday.
Very transparent and easy to work with. Even though I needed a totally new washer, they were honest and did not charge me for the labor even though they worked on it for about an hour. Thank you!
Reggie was great. Friendly, fast and informative.
Patric was on time and very professional. Very thorough in his explanation and recommendations. Plus he has a great eye for shoes…

Fix it Guys did a wonderful job replacing a sensor part on my washing machine. They were quick to respond to questions and worked efficiently.
Easy to schedule, great communication throughout, fast repair time, explained what was being repaired. Very professional.
Loved the support and working with Eric specifically. He came figured out the problem, ordered parts, and was extremely communicative of what the process was. Ultimately solved our fridge problems super quickly and was really nice to work with throughout. Will definitely use the team again in the future if we have appliance issues
