  Working with Fix It Guy was an easy and seamless process.   Miguel arrived on time and quickly assessed our refrigerator issue. He recommended that given the age of the appliance it was best to buy a new fridge rather than repair. We also asked him to check out our oven. He indicated the oven needed a new igniter and provided us a price for the part and labor. He was personable, knowledgable and honest. We will be scheduling the repair at a later date. The experience with Fix It Guy has been smooth and seamless with good communication throughout the process.

  Absolutely not. Used them 9 years ago and they were horrible and I forgot. My washer was acting up and saying “DC” and they came out and were here 10 minutes and said they reset it and it was fine. As soon as they left, it did it again. They couldn’t come back for another week. This time I ask them to actually try to wash something and test it and yep it was doing it again. They say it needs some parts and they can come back in another week. Today it’s been another week and they come and are here a half hour, they leave and say it’s fixed. Guess what, it’s doing the SAME thing again. I’ve paid over $400 so far for NOTHING. Avoid this company. I could have bought a new washer and had it in by now for close to this amount!
