Request a couponCalled this am about our oven and Hector came right out and fixed it asap. I spent more time worried about how to get this fixed than it took to fix it lol.
Can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Fix It Guy. The communications were proactive and timely. The techs were friendly and informative. The whole experience was top notch.
Great service! Patrick Z did outstanding work!
Very professional and thorough. Ensured my appliance was working properly and worked directly with LG to ensure things were received as timely as possible.
My rep Patric was personable, professional and knowledgeable.
Hector quickly assessed the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it. He also provided advice for routine cleaning on my pump and drain. He was friendly and efficient. If I have problems with my dishwasher, I know who to call!
Just the best!
Reggie from Fix It Guy came out and fixed my fridge (water supply wasn't working). I was able to get a service appointment for the next business day; Reggie was quick and thorough and explained everything; he ordered the part, came back with it a couple days later, and now everything works great.
