Robert is FANTASTIC! He was extremely knowledgeable about my Fisher & Paykel range, and personal as well as professional. I decided to order my own parts for my range since they were expensive, but Robert was very helpful about providing the part numbers so I can order them on my own. He didn't make me feel bad about wanting to save money on the parts although I understand his 90-day warranty would not apply since I didn't order them through him. He and his company are very responsive especially through text message. I would 100% hire him again with any appliance issue in the future! THANK YOU, ROBERT!

This was my first time using the fit it guy- was easy and convenient to set up an appointment which I did thru text message. They came out the next day time to assess my appliance. Was flat fee. They were honest and professional. They also sent a picture of the person who was coming over. In the end was economical to buy new appliance vs getting it fixed. The process was easy overall
I had a faulty dishwasher and fridge that both were able to be fixed with two visits. However, better care of my units could have been taken.
When putting the dishwasher back into its location, the service technician damaged part of the lining and also did not align the unit evenly. My fridge works, but the replacement part makes a random noise that I don’t think is an issue but something to note.
Overall good, on time, professional service at a bit of a premium price point.
Hector was amazing! He immediately recognized the issues with our fridge and microwave! He also went out of his way to show me how to maintain the rest of my kitchen appliances! I will definitely be using them in the future!
