Our serviceman; Patric, provided professional, competent, knowledgeable service and quickly resolved our freeze issue. While he was here, we inquired about the cost of an oven part. thinking we have to have another service call. Patric diagnosed the issue, had the part in his truck inventory and resolved the oven issue in the same visit!

I called Mr. Fix It Guy about a broken microwave, he asked me a couple questions and gave me an honest answer that it would not be worth repairing and that I should just replace it. Really appreciate your help on this and will definitely be in touch in the future. Thanks so much!

Miguel from the fix-it guys was the best! We called because our oven broke. He came out to take a look at it, walked us through what the repair would be, then told us it probably wouldn’t be worth it to repair given the age of the stove. I very much appreciate what a straight shooter he was. Online booking is quick and easy!
