I spoke with Robert after leaving a voice mail message last night. He returned the call first thing this morning. He was terrific and walked me through what may have happened in my attempt to repair the refrigerator myself. I received a notice that he would arrive at about 1 pm and he did. Within minutes we were up and running. I'm very pleased that he left his business card - we'll definitely use them again.
