Robert was everything you would want in a professional coming into your home to repair something. He was on time and communicated every step of the way. He explained the issue with my stove in a way that I could understand. Pius he educated me on maintaining the stove with tips I didn't know. He was friendly and very professional. I will use Fix It Guy for all of my appliance repairs!

3/27/23 update: Moved to a new place and still using Fix It Guy! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Our dishwasher malfunctioned so I sent a text on Sunday afternoon (when they were closed). Not only did they get back to me first thing Monday morning, but we were able to get our repair scheduled and our appliance fixed before lunchtime. Everyone I've interacted with at Fix It Guy is friendly, professional, and courteous. I also really appreciate their upfront communication about scheduling, prices, and timing - there are no surprises! Plus, they will stick out the job until it's done. I can tell this business is aiming for long-term, repeat customers, and they certainly have one here! Highly, highly recommend!

Prompt! Great service! Patric, the technician was able to quickly take apart my dryer and diagnose the problem / go over with me. Went over repair cost, which I found to be very reasonable, and got to work performing the repair. I would estimate about 45 minutes in total from arrival to departure. 5 Stars!

patient in working to diagnose the problem.Had he given up sooner, I would have had to dump this appliance and buy another one. Despite the fact that the charge was high, I still have my stove and oven with a guarantee that it will continue to function well for another year, at least. I was impressed with his quick expertise in making this repair.
