My husband and I called with a dishwasher that wouldn't work and we were able to be helped over the phone! The Fix It Guy was so super nice and helped us right away - such a relief!!! His advice was spot on & we will continue to use him for all our future needs, big and small!

I have used them many times for multiple repairs at a few different homes over the years. They are always easy to book, quickly resolve the issue and they charge a fair price. I would highly recommend them for repair needs.

Notified me of their ETA, diagnosed both machines under 5 minutes, gave me the option to order my own parts (with fair warning that no warranties given on customer supplied parts), and a clear plan to get things fixed. Explaining possible culprits of malfunction was also helpful. Fixed an LG front load washer, and an older Kenmore top load washer.

The booking experience was pretty smooth. I put in an appt marker online, received an email/text/call within a day to confirm all the details. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed within the hour. All in all, an exemplary experience

We had a great experience with the team and would absolutely recommend using their services. They were reliable and very communicative and committed to figuring out what was wrong with our dishwasher - it was not an easy fix initially.

We received courteous service, just sad that the problem was not what we thought it was and would take additional repair. The problem was well explained as well as the eventual solution.

Diagnosed the issue with my LG front load washer within a minute. Was able to replace the drain pump the same day. Educated me on best practices for future loads. Very professional and recommend to anyone with appliance issues.

The technician, Eric, was helpful and responsive. He showed up early and was very respectful. When they fixed the problem they thought was causing the issue but it turned out to be something else, they refunded us for the unnecessary work without us asking. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with appliances. Booking was so easy and quick!
